Phoenix Fund Services (PFS) rebrands to Maitland Institutional Services (MI)

Following the aquisition of Phoenix Fund Services (the authorised fund manager for our Dynamic Bond Fund and Monument Bond Fund) by Maitland FS Holdings (UK) Limited, Phoenix has changed its name to Maitland Institutional Services Ltd.

To reflect this change, the prefix for both these funds, will therefore change from "PFS" to "MI". The changes took effect on 4th April 2016. There is no further action required by investors. The Financial Conduct Authority has been advised of the changes and has confirmed that the changes will not affect the ongoing authorisation of the Funds.
