Maitland Institutional Services has been acquired by Apex Group

Following the acquisition of Maitland Institutional Services Ltd. (the Authorised Corporate Director for the Dynamic Bond Fund and Monument Bond Fund, and Alternative Investment Fund Manager for the TwentyFour Income Fund and TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund) by Apex Group, Maitland Institutional Services Ltd has changed its name to Apex Fundrock Ltd. The name change will take effect on 1st July 2023. 

There will be no change to the Funds or their naming conventions. There is no further action required by investors. The Financial Conduct Authority has been advised of the changes and has confirmed that the changes will not affect the ongoing authorisation of the Funds.
