On September 14, TwentyFour Asset Management held its annual investor conference online for the first time.
Speaking to hundreds of virtual attendees, TwentyFour CEO Mark Holman kicked off Fixed Income Festival 2020 with a keynote speech on what he believed would drive bond valuations going forward, and how investors could adapt to the income scarcity created by central banks’ unprecedented response to COVID-19.
Mark then welcomed Ian Shepherdson, founder and chief economist at Pantheon Macroeconomics, who spoke about the current state of the US economic recovery, what he expected from the Fed and the potential impact of an all-important presidential election in November.
The event included live breakout sessions and Q&A with TwentyFour’s portfolio managers – in Multi-Sector Bond, Investment Grade, ABS and ESG – as well as a library of on-demand video content recorded by the PM team exclusively for the event.
