Nick is one of the founding partners of TwentyFour Asset Management (TwentyFour) and has multiple responsibilities within the firm. As the COO, Nick has overall responsibility for a broad range of functions including Legal, Operations, IT and Facilities.
Nick is an English-qualified solicitor and serves as the firm’s General Counsel. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors, and as such, shares responsibility for the direction, strategy and management of TwentyFour. Nick sits on the firm’s Risk & Compliance, Product Governance and Legal & Regulatory Committees.
Before joining TwentyFour, Nick spent ten years working as an in-house investment banking lawyer after 4 years working in private practice.
