Before founding TwentyFour in 2008, Graeme was one of the original partners of Synapse Investment Management which he founded with Mark Holman in 2006.
Prior to that Graeme was a Managing Director at Barclays Capital for 6 years during which time he held several leadership positions including, Head of European Credit Sales. In 2005 Graeme was named in Credit Magazine's "Hall of Fame" as being one of the individuals most influential in the development of the European Corporate Bond market.
His investment banking career began in 1995 at Merrill Lynch where he was recruited as a Director of Product Development. Following three years at Merrill, Graeme spent two years as Head of U.K. Sales at Greenwich NatWest.
Between 1986 and 1995 Graeme worked for Britannic Asset Management, managing multiple equity sectors before ending up as Head of Fixed Income and Treasury.
